Welcome to the BrightBeam Lamp Preorder. By placing a preorder, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with the preorder.

2. Preorder Eligibility

To place a preorder for the BrightBeam Lamp, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete contact and payment information. By placing a preorder, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Payment and Preorder Reservation

Preorders do not require upfront payment unless otherwise specified. You will receive a notification once the product is ready for payment and shipping. Preordering ensures that you will be one of the first to receive the product in the first batch, subject to availability.

4. Product Availability

While we strive to meet all preorder requests, placing a preorder does not guarantee product availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to supply chain or production limitations.

5. Pricing

The price for the BrightBeam Lamp will be disclosed prior to the product's release, and you will be notified accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a price change occurs, you will be notified before your payment is processed.

6. Delivery

The estimated delivery date for the first batch of BrightBeam Lamps is August 2025. Please note that this is an estimated date, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on the shipping timeline.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your preorder at any time prior to payment being processed. Once the payment is made and the product has been shipped, refunds will be subject to our return policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content related to the BrightBeam Lamp, including but not limited to logos, images, product descriptions, and features, is the intellectual property of BrightBeam Technologies and may not be reproduced without our express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightBeam Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the BrightBeam Lamp, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to the updated terms.
